Step #1: Download Google Chrome
You need to visit the following url to grab the .deb file. Make sure you download 32 bit or 64 bit .deb version:=> Download Chrome Browser
Download 32 bit version
Open a terminal (press CTRL-ALT-t and type the following wget command to grab .deb file:$ cd /tmp
$ wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_i386.deb
Download 64 bit version using command line
Open a terminal (press CTRL-ALT-t and type the following wget command to grab .deb file:$ cd /tmp
$ wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb

Step #2: Install .deb file
Type the following command to install 32 bit version:$ sudo dpkg -i google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb
Type the following command to install 64 bit version:
$ sudo dpkg -i google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb

Step #3: Fixing "errors were encountered while processing" error
Type the following command to fix the error and install Chrome:$ sudo apt-get -f install
